I always love holiday, especially when I woke up in the morning and realised that I don't have to be rush for school :D that's like the most reliefing feeling in days like we had on final exams term.
But one thing I hate the most of holiday--beside the fact sometimes holiday is boring--is because it pasts extremely fast :(
okay, now about my holiday... Holy god. It was super :D
Our destination was Jogja, and we went there by car. Which means travel to other cities! We went to Cepu first, there we went to a Jati industry, and searching for floor tiles. Except that, we go to village that has many craftmans to create excellent woodworks.
Next is pacitan, there we went to a beach called Teleng beach. And we ate the traditional culinary of pacitan, nasi timbel. It was good, yumm :9 we continue our trip to Jogja by Solo. The most unforgottable experience in jogja was... Searching for hotels. For God's sake, all the hotels were full for that night! But thank god we found one in the city at maybe 10 pm.
We tripped around to find Gudeg, the traditional food in Jogja. My mom said, "it'll be such a waste if you go to Yogya but you don't eat gudeg" and wow... I love gudeg :D maybe it's because I hate spicy food, and Gudeg's cannot be told as spicy food. Of course hahaha :p The next day we go to Malioboro and shopped in Mirota.
We went back to Jakarta the very next day by Wates, Purwarejo, and Kebumen. But my sister, Nadia, didn't come with us. She went to Surabaya and climb Bromo Mt. with her photography club. Whoa, I envy her :(
We stayed for one night in Gombong, and the next day we continue our trip. But we stopped for lunch in Cilacap. Wow it was incredibly tasty! We ate grilled fish and fried shrimp. Hmm, very satisfying and cheap! Hehehe :p
Then we jumped back to our car and go. We pass over West Java, and at Ciamis our car crashed :( thank God no one hurts, and my car didn't broke. It was all because an annoying unresponsible truck drive, he avoid and ran away from us!
At 10 or 11 pm, we reached Jatinangor. We dropped my sister there, she study there, in Unpad Psychology. She had to do some holiday tasks, so she didn't come with us to Jakarta. I felt lonely that time, my sisters won’t be with me at new year eve huhuhu
Hmm... Hello Jakarta. It's kinda sad actually :( to end such a great trip like that, but I tried to spent my rest of the holiday by having fun. I don't wanna spent it hopelessly. The best of it that I will spent my new years eve night with my bestfriends, Yoyo, Rara, Sandy, too bad Selma didn’t come :( We spent that night by having sleep over in Yoyo’s house. And at the midnight when everybody’s celebrate the new year we watched the fireworks from the balcony, it was cool! Foreworks is everywhere, but somehow I can’t feel the euphoria, I feel happy of course, but it’s kinda hard for me to leave 2009 hahaha
Well, that's all. Isn't it great? :p It was such an great feeling to spent our time together (with my family). It was precious :')
